Job Description:


We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Interior Designer to contribute to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in interior design, a strong passion for architecture and interiors, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires technical expertise in design software such as Revit and SketchUp, along with excellent project management skills in communication and organization.Key

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and clients to develop interior design concepts that align with project goals and client vision.
• Develop interior layouts, mood boards, material palettes, and color schemes.
• Produce detailed design documentation, including client presentations, 3D models, comprehensive drawing sets, and specification sheets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ensure that designs meet building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Assist with project management tasks and adhere to project timelines.
• Stay current with design trends, technology, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5+ years of prior interior design experience, preferably in an architecture or interior design firm.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members.
• A passion for interior design and architecture with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred, but not required.
