About the Role

Zen Furniture is looking for a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer cum Pre-Sales Specialist who can manage design + client engagement + proposal support for commercial and office interior projects.
This hybrid role requires strong design expertise along with excellent communication, presentation, and pre-sales skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Design

• Lead concept development for commercial, corporate, and institutional interiors.
• Create 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material palettes.
• Prepare detailed drawings for furniture, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and MEP coordination.
• Finalize materials, finishes, specifications, and BOQs.
• Review and approve shop drawings from production teams.
• Visit project sites for measurements, design validation, and quality checks.

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

• Attend client meetings with the sales team to understand requirements and prepare design proposals.
• Support the pre-sales team with drawings, presentations, and technical inputs.
• Prepare estimations, costing inputs, and space planning for proposals.
• Present design concepts to clients confidently and professionally.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert inquiries into orders.
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth execution.

Management & Collaboration

• Guide junior designers and ensure design quality.
• Maintain design timelines, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Support turnkey project proposals for partitions, glazing, false ceiling, flooring, lighting, etc.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in interior design (commercial/office interiors must).
• Strong experience in pre-sales, client presentations, and proposal support.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, V-Ray/Lumion, MS Office.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Good understanding of modular furniture, MEP, joinery details, and turnkey interior elements.
• Ability to convert client requirements into functional, aesthetic designs.
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,393.93 - ₹43,108.03 per month

Work Location: In person
