Development and Architectural Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end residential and commercial interior projects from concept to execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in space planning, material selection, detailing, and site coordination, with the ability to manage client requirements and execution teams efficiently.

Experience in high-rise residential projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete interior design projects from concept to completion
• Develop layouts, mood boards, and material/finish presentations
• Prepare detailed drawings (layouts, elevations, joinery details)
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams
• Monitor on-site execution and ensure quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (interior-focused)
• 5 years of professional experience
• Strong experience in residential & commercial interiors
• High-rise project experience preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Knowledge of 3D software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, etc.) is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
