As part of our continued growth in the United States, we are opening our new flagship showroom in Tysons Corner, one of the most prestigious luxury retail destinations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing international brand at an exciting stage of expansion. You will work with high-end residential clients, custom furniture solutions, and a premium product portfolio while helping establish Saloni as a leading luxury furniture destination in the DMV region.

We are not looking for a traditional retail salesperson. We are looking for a design professional who can create beautiful spaces, build strong client relationships, and successfully convert design projects into sales.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and consult with showroom visitors and appointment-based clients
• Understand clients' lifestyle, needs, budget, and design preferences
• Create furniture layouts, floor plans, and design concepts
• Prepare quotations, presentations, and project proposals
• Visit clients' homes to take measurements and evaluate spaces
• Create 2D layouts and furniture plans to help clients visualize their projects
• Manage projects from initial consultation through final delivery
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales
• Build relationships with homeowners, interior designers, builders, architects, and real estate professionals
• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience
• Represent the Saloni brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

QualificationsRequired

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Design, Furniture Sales, Luxury Retail, or a related field
• Strong sales and client relationship skills
• Ability to independently manage projects and clients
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work weekends and selected holidays
• Ability to conduct in-home consultations and measurements

Preferred

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience with Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Chief Architect, or similar design software
• Experience in luxury furniture, cabinetry, kitchen & bath, or residential design
• Existing network within the DMV area is a plus

Expected Annual Earnings: $70,000 - $140,000+ based on performance.

Compensation includes base salary, commissions, and performance-based bonuses. High-performing team members have significant earning potential.
