Senior Interior Designer using revit for BIM projects

We are seeking an experienced BIM Interior Designer with strong expertise in Revit to develop, coordinate, and deliver high-quality interior design models and drawings. The role involves working closely with architects, MEP, and construction teams to produce coordinated BIM models and construction-ready deliverables for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models for interior spaces using Autodesk Revit (LOD 300–400)
• Prepare interior layouts, furniture plans, partition layouts, ceiling plans, finishes, and detailed joinery models
• Create and manage Revit families for furniture, fixtures, and custom interior elements
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure model accuracy
• Generate construction drawings, schedules, and BOQs from BIM models
• Ensure adherence to BIM standards, project guidelines, and quality control processes
• Participate in design coordination meetings and support construction teams with model-based clarifications
• Update models based on design changes and site feedback
• Support BIM execution plans and maintain project documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 5–7 years of professional experience in interior design with strong BIM exposure
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Interior Fit-Out projects)
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, LOD requirements, and coordination processes
• Experience working on commercial offices, hospitality, retail, or residential interior projects
• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture systems, and space planning standards
• Familiarity with Navisworks for coordination and clash detection is preferred
• Good understanding of construction documentation and detailing
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Required Skills

• Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Knowledge of Dynamo for Revit automation
• Exposure to LEED / sustainability standards
