Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager

Designation: Head, Interiors

Reports to : Prinicpal Architect

Mode: Full time, on site

Key Role: ​​​​​​​​​​​

1. Responsible for design & development

2. ⁠Timely design delivery of project

3. Client handling with respect to deliverables

4. ⁠Team Management

2. Making presentations to clients and other stakeholders.

Eligibility / Key Skills / DNA: ​

1. 10 years of experience in delivering architecture projects.

2. An understanding of interior projects delivery, team management, consultant management.

3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

4. ⁠Interiors Ecosystem awareness.

5. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

6. Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and technologies.

7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and accessibility standards

Bachelor / Masters degree from an international institution is preferred.

Alternate Saturdays are working. Travel on behalf of archohm as per project requirements. Outstation travel will be booked by the office or reimbursed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
