Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager

We are a leading interior design firm delivering innovative and luxurious design solutions across residential and commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer / 2D Drafter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate 2D drawings and drafts for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients and the design team to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage and process approvals and permits through authorities such as DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, and Concordia portals.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, design standards, and authority guidelines.
• Assist in project coordination from concept through to final execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience
• Strong knowledge of authority approvals and permit processes: DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, and Concordia.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other 2D drafting/design tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
