Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager to lead innovative interior design projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, advanced technical expertise, and a passion for transforming spaces. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and delivering exceptional design solutions that align with clients’ visions and budgets.

Duties

• Lead and manage all phases of interior design projects, including conceptualization, design development, documentation, and installation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop detailed design concepts using SketchUp, Layout and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Prepare accurate drawings, renderings, and presentations for client approval.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and contracts to ensure timely delivery within scope.
• Oversee renovation and remodeling projects, including lighting design and sales.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality control during construction phases.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and bidding documents using Bluebeam and other drafting tools.
• Lead lighting sales efforts by providing expert advice on lighting solutions that enhance interior environments.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.

Skills

• Proficiency in SketchUp, Layout, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Extensive knowledge of interior design principles including color theory, drafting techniques, lighting design, and remodeling processes.
• Experience in contracts management, budgeting, renovation coordination, construction oversight, and sales strategies related to lighting and interior furnishings.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations and team collaboration.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
