Senior Interior Draftsperson

Position: Senior Interior Draftsperson

Experience: Minimum 10 years (Interior Fit-Out Projects)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Interior Draftsperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with large-scale interior projects, and the ability to lead drafting work from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed interior fit-out drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings

Develop layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery drawings

Coordinate with interior designers, architects, project managers, and site teams

Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and timelines

Review and guide junior draftsmen for accuracy and quality

Manage drawing revisions and maintain proper documentation

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum Bachelors Degree required for this position

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in interior drafting

Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage)

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, joinery, and fit-out detailing

Ability to read and interpret design concepts and construction drawings

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and coordination abilities
