Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Site Supervisor to lead and manage site execution for our commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project progress, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely completion of work as per the approved designs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all on-site project activities, ensuring smooth execution.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, architects, and the internal project team.

Ensure all work is carried out as per drawings, design specifications, and material standards.

Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are completed within schedule.

Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and work progress reporting.

Manage worker allocation, daily planning, and workflow supervision.

Identify and resolve site issues proactively and escalate major concerns when needed.

Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory guidelines, and company policies.

Verify material availability, quality, and usage as per the BOQ.

Maintain site documentation including daily logs, attendance, progress reports, and snag lists.

Participate in client meetings and provide updates on project progress.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

4–8 years of hands-on experience in commercial interior project execution.

Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, site procedures, and project management.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills and client-handling ability.

Proficiency in reading drawings, site measurements, and interior execution processes.
