About Us:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior internal Audit Managers team to oversee and strengthen our internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive internal audit strategies to assess the effectiveness of financial, operational, and compliance controls.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to corporate governance policies and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, lead, and execute audits across multiple departments, including finance, operations, and supply chain management.
• Evaluate and enhance internal processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies, ensuring smooth audit processes.
• Mentor and guide the audit team, fostering a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CIA, or ACCA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of audit experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the manufacturing or export industry.
• Strong knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and compliance regulations.
• Proven expertise in risk management, process improvement, and financial analysis.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and audit management tools.
