Senior Internal Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Auditor with 4–5 years of UAE experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring effective fund management, and maintaining compliance with local tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and control company funds, budgeting, and cash flow.

Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.

Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws (VAT/Corporate Tax).

Implement internal controls and strengthen financial systems.

Support audits and coordinate with external auditors.

Requirements:

4–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial controls.

Proven ability to maintain and manage funds effectively.

Preference will be given to Chartered Accountants (CA/ACA/ACCA).

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

1. Financial Management & Control

Oversee daily financial transactions, accounting processes, and ledger maintenance.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

Prepare annual budgets and monitor performance against targets.

Develop financial forecasts and cash-flow projections.

Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to management.

3. Fund & Cash Flow Management

Manage company funds, banking activities, and Treasury operations.

Ensure liquidity and optimal cash-flow planning.

Monitor working capital and reduce financial risks.

4. Compliance & Taxation

Ensure compliance with local laws, including VAT and Corporate Tax.

Coordinate audits (internal and external).

Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.

5. Financial Strategy & Advisory

Support senior management in financial planning and decision-making.

Evaluate investments, cost structures, and business expansion opportunities.

Provide financial guidance to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

6. Team Leadership & Coordination

Supervise accounting and finance staff.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
