Senior Internal Auditor

Beral Nil is a forward-looking organization committed to strong governance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. As we continue to expand in Qatar, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Internal Auditor to strengthen our internal controls and risk management framework.

Role Overview
The Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for evaluating internal processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of audit methodologies and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audit assignments across departments and functions
• Evaluate internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvement actions
• Prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IFRS standards, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and assist in developing the annual audit plan
• Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions
• Collaborate with management to strengthen internal control systems
• Support special investigations and ad-hoc audit projects when required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA is highly preferred
• Minimum 5–7 years of internal audit experience
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and internal controls
• Experience with ERP systems and audit tools
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills
• High attention to detail and strong ethical standards
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
