We need a proactive guardian of our operational integrity—someone who can dive deep into our supply chain, project management, and financial workflows to ensure we are operating at peak efficiency and compliance.

Your Impactful Responsibilities

• Risk-Based Auditing: Develop and execute an annual internal audit plan focused on high-impact areas, from procurement and inventory to site operations.
• Operational Excellence: Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify "blind spots" in our mechanical and electrical project lifecycles.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure all business activities align with Qatari laws, IFRS standards, and internal corporate policies.
• Insightful Reporting: Translate audit findings into clear, persuasive reports for senior management, offering actionable solutions rather than just listing errors.
• Fraud Prevention: Strengthen our defensive line by implementing robust anti-fraud measures and conducting specialized investigations when necessary.
• Advisory Partner: Act as an internal consultant to department heads, helping them refine their processes to mitigate risk before it happens.

Who You Are

• The Professional: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Engineering. You are a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA); additional certifications like CISA or CFE are a major plus.
• The Veteran: You have 5–8 years of internal audit experience, ideally within the Industrial, Construction, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) sectors.
• The Analyst: You possess an "investigative mindset" and the ability to spot patterns in complex data sets using ERP systems and audit software.
• The Communicator: You can navigate difficult conversations with diplomacy and present findings to leadership with confidence and clarity.
• Local Expert: You have a solid understanding of the Qatar regulatory environment and business culture.
