At Enerjisa Enerji, we pioneer the energy transformation in Türkiye with a particular focus on sustainability and the vision for a better future for all and provide uninterrupted service to one fourth of Türkiye in our company’s main fields of activities, i.e., electricity distribution, retail and customer solutions, and e-mobility. What awaits you in this role?

  • Develop and implement internal communication and employee communication strategies across the organization,
  • Plan and execute communication activities of the People and Culture Directorate, including announcements, internal campaigns, and engagement initiatives,
  • Manage internal communication channels effectively (mobile applications, e-bulletins, intranet, and internal social media platforms),
  • Create and share engaging and creative content to strengthen the corporate culture and increase employee engagement,
  • Design and execute communication plans for internal events, meetings, and company-wide campaigns,
  • Prepare visual and written announcements for training and development programs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines,
  • Design and standardize internal job posting templates and formats,
  • Take an active role in university collaborations, career fairs, and young talent projects, contributing to the design and execution of communication strategies,
  • Produce employer branding-focused content for social media, campus events, and external summits,
  • Monitor the use and impact of internal communication tools, collect employee feedback, and develop improvement recommendations,
  • Coordinate internal communication during crisis situations, ensuring timely and accurate information flow,
  • Organize employee engagement activities that promote two-way communication between management and employees.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred),
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employer branding,
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken),
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and content management systems,
  • Experience with basic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or PowerPoint,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset,
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work across departments,
  • No travel restrictions and willingness to travel for corporate events and collaborations,
  • Energetic, dynamic, and passionate about strengthening organizational culture.
