Job Summary:
LingoFacto Global Communications is seeking a Senior International Client Services Manager to oversee international client support operations, workflow coordination, customer engagement activities, and operational planning within our growing communications organization in Kuwait City.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys managing client relationships, supporting international business operations, improving service workflows, and coordinating cross-functional activities in a fast-paced professional environment. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments and global clients to help maintain excellent customer service standards and operational performance.

What you'll do:
- Oversee daily international client service and operational coordination activities
- Support workflow management across customer service, communications, and operational teams
- Build and maintain positive relationships with international clients and business partners
- Monitor operational performance, customer engagement activities, and workflow efficiency
- Help improve customer communication processes and operational systems
- Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and operational planning activities
- Maintain quality standards across customer service and operational functions
- Support leadership with operational initiatives and client support activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client-focused business projects
- Contribute ideas that improve customer satisfaction, workflow efficiency, and operational performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in client services, customer support, account management, communications, business operations, or international coordination preferred
- Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing multiple operational priorities and projects
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer engagement workflows, communications support, or operational reporting is beneficial
