• 70% commission on personal leads
• Visa: Provided after closing your first deal.

Who We’re Looking For

• Passionate About Real Estate: Driven, motivated, and eager to succeed.
• Strong Sales & Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
• Applicants MUST have UAE real estate experience
• Proven record of successfully closed deals
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market
• Driving license and car preferably
• Available in Dubai and willing to join immediately
• A positive, determined, self-motivated, smart and enthusiastic attitude
• Highly organized with attention to detail and computer competent.
• Desire and open to learn new skills.
• Have good communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Provide excellent customer service
