Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Investment Advisor, based in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Senior Investment Advisor will manage client relationships and provide expert advice on real estate investments. Daily responsibilities include conducting market analysis, identifying profitable investment opportunities, offering strategic recommendations, assisting clients in buting IMARAT’S projects and products, negotiating and ensuring smooth transaction processes. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and market analysis skills, including the ability to perform Comparative Market Analysis and Total Market Overview
• Expertise in negotiation, facilitation of property transactions, and preparation of documentation
• Professional communication and relationship management skills to foster client trust
• Knowledge of legal aspects related to property transactions, including the provision of legal cover
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• Proven experience in real estate investment advising or a related field
• Proficiency in tools and platforms used for real estate analysis is a plus
