Senior Investment and Growth Manager

Job Summary:

Ibn Sami Holdings is seeking a Senior Investment and Growth Manager to oversee investment operations, business growth initiatives, workflow coordination, and strategic support activities within our growing investment organization in Kuwait City.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys supporting business growth, coordinating operational initiatives, improving workflow efficiency, and managing investment-related activities in a fast-paced professional environment. What you'll do:

• Oversee daily investment operations and growth coordination activities
• Support workflow management across business development and operational teams
• Monitor operational performance, reporting activities, and workflow efficiency
• Help improve operational systems, business processes, and productivity standards
• Coordinate with internal departments to support investment and growth initiatives
• Assist with project tracking, scheduling, and operational planning activities
• Maintain quality standards across investment and operational functions
• Support leadership with business growth and strategic operational initiatives
• Build positive working relationships with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams
• Contribute ideas that improve operational efficiency and business growth performance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in investment operations, business development, account management, operations management, project coordination, or business services preferred
• Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple operational priorities and projects
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with business operations, workflow coordination, or reporting processes is beneficial
