We are seeking an elite, market-tested Senior Investment Banker to lead our deal execution, drive origination, and champion client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal Origination & Execution: Lead the end-to-end origination and execution of complex corporate finance transactions, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPOs), debt capital markets (DCM), and private equity placements.
  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as the primary strategic advisor to corporate clients, institutional investors, and C-suite executives on capital structuring, strategic alternatives, and growth initiatives.
  • Financial Engineering & Valuation: Oversee the development of sophisticated financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions), and comprehensive due diligence processes.
  • Pitching & Presentation: Lead the creation of pitch books and investment memorandums; present compelling investment theses directly to boards of directors and regulatory authorities.
  • Syndication & Investor Relations: Leverage an established institutional network to manage relationship syndication, private placements, and capital-raising campaigns.
  • Team Leadership & Governance: Mentor, manage, and accelerate the development of associates and analysts, ensuring rigorous quality control over all transaction deliverables.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive investment banking or corporate finance experience, with a proven track record of closed deal tombstones (cross-border or middle-market transaction experience is highly valued).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA from a top-tier institution or a CFA charter is highly preferred.
  • Deal Sheet: A demonstrable track record of leading and closing substantial M&A, equity, or debt transactions.
  • Technical Mastery: Flawless quantitative, financial modeling, and corporate valuation skills, alongside complete proficiency with financial databases (Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ).
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation, structuring, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and command authority with institutional clients.
