Senior Investment Banking Deal Manager
The Senior Investment Banking Deal Manager leads complex transaction execution across mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates. This role is responsible for managing deal processes from origination through closing, coordinating internal teams, supporting client relationships, and ensuring transactions are executed efficiently and in line with commercial objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution of M&A, private placement, and other investment banking transactions.
- Manage deal workflows, timelines, diligence, and transaction documentation.
- Support client relationship management and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Build financial models, valuations, pitch materials, and investment committee presentations.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, regulatory, and internal control teams to close transactions.
- Monitor transaction risks, economics, and progress throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
- Support business development and help originate new deal opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
- Strong experience in deal execution, valuation, and due diligence.
- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation capabilities.
Pay: QAR104.00 - QAR202.00 per hour
