Senior Investment Manager

Saudi Arabia

Drive strategic investment performance by managing U.S. real estate projects, overseeing fund structures, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Ensure regulatory compliance, optimize asset performance, and support new investment opportunities from origination to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and negotiate investment documentation including Advisory Agreements, Limited Partnership Agreements, and Private Placement Memoranda.
  • Evaluate due diligence outputs and underwriting reports to support informed investment decision-making.
  • Manage and monitor ongoing U.S. real estate investment projects, ensuring milestones are achieved in line with business plans.
  • Analyze project performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior management.
  • Track market conditions and industry trends to identify new investment opportunities and mitigate risk.
  • Develop and oversee portfolio and asset-level business plans including strategic objectives, compliance goals, budgeting, and financial targets.
  • Ensure funds operate in compliance with prospectus guidelines and CMA regulations, and that reporting requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with third-party managers and agents on business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases, analysis, and approvals.
  • Manage cash flow, distribution analysis, and investment projections to optimize capital deployment.
  • Lead the origination, underwriting, due diligence, and recommendation of new deals and joint venture partners.
  • Prepare and deliver investment presentations to the Investment Committee, Board, and Investors.
  • Oversee investor reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and transparency.
  • Administer new funds and projects and liaise with CMA and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • MBA or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification preferred, or enrollment in the CFA or CPA program.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
