Job Summary:

The IT Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted business operations. This role involves system administration, network support, user assistance, and coordination with vendors while ensuring data security and compliance with company IT policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, hardware, data security, and backups
• Provide day-to-day IT support to internal users and resolve technical issues promptly
• Monitor system performance, availability, and compliance with internal IT policies
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for IT maintenance, upgrades, and support services
• Support IT requirements across Bommashettyhalli and Yelahanka locations as per operational needs

Requirements & Skills

• Preferably 3–6 years of experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role
• Good knowledge of IT tools, operating systems, and networking fundamentals
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Relevant IT certifications (such as CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage

Working Conditions

• Must be flexible to work from Bommashettyhalli and Yelahanka locations based on business requirements
• May require extended hours during system upgrades or critical operational support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
