Senior IT Auditor

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager for our client in Washington, DC Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager Job Location: Washington, DC Job Type: Contract Job Description Requirement/Must Have: Bachelor s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Experience leading cross-functional technical system implementation projects. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organizational environment. Experience managing project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies. Experience: Experience managing enterprise-scale projects involving multiple stakeholder groups. Experience working with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies. Experience managing project finances and budgeting. Experience coordinating releases and deployment schedules. Experience collaborating with vendors and supporting procurement activities. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close enterprise-level IT projects. Manage quarterly and monthly release schedules in collaboration with multiple teams. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Track project finances, reporting status updates, and creating project scorecards. Lead vendor selection and procurement activities under program management guidance. Prepare project documentation, business cases, and project reports. Facilitate meetings, capture detailed notes, and distribute meeting minutes. Identify risks and dependencies and ensure alignment with project objectives. Should Have: Strong listening and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to adapt communication style based on the audience. Skills: Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Project planning and release management. Budget management and financial analysis. Stakeholder communication and coordination. Risk management and issue resolution. Qualification and Education: Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or SAFe Scrum Master Certification are preferred.
