Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior IT Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining IT systems, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and support company IT infrastructure, including computers, networks, and software systems

Install, configure, and update hardware and operating systems

Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues

Provide technical support to internal teams and assist with troubleshooting

Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access

Ensure data security and support regular system backups

Assist with implementation of new IT tools and technologies

Maintain documentation of systems and technical procedures

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Previous experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role

Knowledge of networking fundamentals and operating systems

Experience with common office software and IT management tools

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication and organizational abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
