- Provide advanced desktop support, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of laptops, PCs, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and configurations across systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and OS-related issues (Windows/Mac).
- Support and administer basic networking components including routers, switches, firewalls (L1/L2 troubleshooting).
- Set up and maintain Wi-Fi connections, ensure network stability, and resolve connectivity issues.
- Manage and configure mailing systems (Outlook, Exchange, O365, or similar platforms).
- Install, update, and troubleshoot business applications and software tools.
- Perform routine system checks, data backups, and basic server support (if required).
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related requirements.
- Maintain IT documentation including asset logs, issue tracking, and configuration details.
- Provide timely support to employees and ensure minimal downtime.
- Support IT projects, upgrades, and implementation of new technologies.
