Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Role Title: IT Senior Engineer.

IT Senior Engineer is responsible for providing consultation, technical design, implementation and support to customers across UAE. Working as part of a dedicated core technical team, he/she should be able to apply a structured methodology and lead technical changes to meet the business requirements. The candidate shall also be able to develop technical architecture diagrams, BOQ and other Project technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Servers and Desktops.
• Managing Active Directory environment, which includes server 2016 and 2019. Creating and maintaining User Accounts, OU, group policies, and scripting.
• Installation and configuration of infrastructure servers, including DHCP, DNS, Fileshare, Print, and Web servers.
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Storage and Backup systems.
• Installation, configuration and Troubleshooting of Exchange server.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic network issues related to LAN, VPN and other connectivity.
• Knowledge of CyberSecurity policies and controls. Implement device hardening to meet information security compliance.
• Participate in information security (ISMS) & Quality audits. Develop technical checklists and other technical documentation to meet defined requirements.

The candidate must have a minimum of five years’ experience in IT infrastructure management in UAE.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
