Al Ghaith Group is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support the IT infrastructure across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Servers, Virtual Servers, and Active Directory.
• Administer network infrastructure, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems.
• Manage Microsoft 365, email systems, and user accounts.
• Perform system backups, disaster recovery, and security monitoring.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage websites and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Support IP Telephone Systems (Avaya / Grandstream).
• Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime.
• Manage IT assets, procurement, and software licensing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in IT Infrastructure and System Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• DNS & DHCP
• Microsoft 365
• Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Network Infrastructure & Firewalls
• CCTV Systems
• Backup & Disaster Recovery
• Experience supporting multiple business locations is highly preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
