Senior IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary:
ASPRO-R Technologies W.L.L. is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise IT infrastructure operations, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing systems across the organization. This role is responsible for managing servers, networks, cloud environments, and IT operations while driving infrastructure modernization and reliability. What you'll do:

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure operations including servers, networks, storage, and cloud systems
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems
• Oversee infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance activities
• Manage cloud and on-premise environments and support migration initiatives
• Implement monitoring, automation, and system optimization solutions
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards are maintained
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Collaborate with software, DevOps, and security teams for integrated solutions
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, and infrastructure budgets
• Lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure and systems teams

Requirements:

• Experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations management
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms
• Leadership experience managing technical IT teams
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and enterprise IT environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to manage complex infrastructure projects
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, or cloud certifications is an advantage

Pay: KD2,200.000 - KD3,600.000 per month
