Senior IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Professional with advanced expertise in Zuper, Zoho One, integrations, API development, and daily IT operations. This role supports our rapidly growing operations across the UAE, ensuring seamless digital workflows, stable infrastructure, and continuous improvement of our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Zuper Workforce Management Platform
• End-to-end configuration, customization, and maintenance
• Workflow automation, job scheduling, technician mapping, and reporting
• Integration with Zoho and other third-party platforms
• Zoho One / Zoho Apps
• Strong working knowledge of CRM, Books, Inventory, People, Desk, Creator
• Create and manage automations, workflows, blueprints, and custom functions
• User training, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimisation
• Systems Integration & API Development
• Build and maintain integrations between Zuper, Zoho, and internal systems
• Develop API scripts, triggers, and data sync processes
• Ensure proper data flow, reporting accuracy, and automation reliability
• General IT Administration
• Daily technical support for staff (hardware/software)
• MS Windows / Office 365 management
• Email setup and administration (Outlook / Zoho Mail / MS Exchange)
• Network, printers, and device troubleshooting
• Security and backup management

Required Skills & Experience

• Expert-level knowledge of Zuper (configuration, workflows, integrations)
• Advanced Zoho One experience, especially CRM, Creator, Books, and Inventory
• Strong API development skills (REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, scripting)
• Experience integrating third-party applications into Zoho / Zuper
• Solid understanding of MS Office 365, Windows admin, and general IT support
• Ability to analyse business processes and convert them into efficient digital workflows
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-growing business

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in service-based or field-operations companies
• Zoho Creator / Deluge scripting knowledge
• Basic SQL and database understanding
• UAE experience beneficial
