Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Atlanta, GA, is for a Senior IT Manager of Enterprise Systems. The role involves leading the development, implementation, and management of enterprise systems to support the organization's operations and growth goals. Responsibilities include overseeing system upgrades and integrations, ensuring data security and regulatory compliance, evaluating technological needs, and maintaining organizational IT infrastructure. The Senior IT Manager will also collaborate with cross-departmental teams to align technology solutions with the business' strategic objectives, supervise IT staff, and manage budgets.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in IT infrastructure, system architecture, and enterprise applications.
  • Experience with project management, including system upgrades, software implementations, and process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and oversee IT staff effectively.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to assess organizational needs and implement fitting technology solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently within an IT department.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or CISSP) is a plus.
  • Experience in the MEP or related industries is an added advantage.
