Senior IT Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior IT Operations Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. This role is ideal for a technology leader who can oversee IT infrastructure, ensure system reliability, and support business operations through efficient and secure technology management.

You will play a key role in maintaining IT systems, improving operational performance, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

What you'll do:

• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and system performance
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of IT systems
• Manage servers, networks, cloud services, and IT support functions
• Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
• Support digital transformation and technology improvement projects
• Coordinate with vendors and external IT service providers
• Ensure cybersecurity standards and compliance requirements are met

Requirements:

• Experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems management
• Strong understanding of networks, servers, and cloud environments
• Knowledge of IT security and system monitoring tools
• Ability to manage IT projects and technical teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Senior IT leadership experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Pay: RO1,500.000 - RO3,200.000 per month
