We’re Hiring: Senior IT Project Manager- Infrastructure

(Hybrid Mon/Tues/Thurs– Waltham, MA)

We’re seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact infrastructure initiatives within a growing technology organization. This role will play a critical part in coordinating across newly integrated teams and driving key technology programs forward.

In this position, you will partner closely with stakeholders across multiple organizations, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex IT infrastructure projects and programs end-to-end
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, dependencies, milestones, and resource allocation
• Facilitate project kickoffs and ensure alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple teams
• Drive clear communication and reporting across business and technology stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with internal and external project managers to ensure successful delivery
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and tools
• Support process improvements and contribute to PMO best practices
• Ensure successful project closeout and delivery outcomes

Key Focus Areas

• Lead infrastructure-related initiatives, including enterprise hardware and end-user technology programs
• Support phased rollout efforts, including a large-scale laptop replacement initiative with key milestones
• Quickly build an understanding of complex enterprise environments, including infrastructure and applications
• Navigate and align stakeholders across multiple organizations during integration efforts

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure
• Deep experience with Cisco technologies and enterprise infrastructure environments
• Proven success delivering complex technical projects across cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, PPM Pro, and MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Financial services industry experience preferred
• M&A or integration experience strongly preferred
