Pionet Global Technology Services KSA WLL is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior IT Service Delivery Manager to lead IT operations and service delivery initiatives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

What you’ll do:

• Lead IT service delivery operations and managed services performance across enterprise clients
• Oversee technical support teams, infrastructure operations, and service management processes
• Ensure service levels, KPIs, and operational targets are consistently achieved
• Manage incident resolution, escalation processes, and service improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to support business and technology objectives
• Monitor operational performance, reporting metrics, and customer satisfaction levels
• Support IT project coordination, service transitions, and technology deployments
• Develop and improve IT service management procedures and operational workflows
• Manage resource planning, budgeting, and service delivery optimization strategies
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability, and customer experience

Pay: ﷼22,000.00 - ﷼38,000.00 per month
