Senior IT Specialist – Microsoft 365 & Azure

Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our headquarters team and lead the management of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. This role will also oversee Intune-based device infrastructure and collaborate with global IT operations to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and other M365 Components.)

• Manage Azure resources, access controls, and security configurations.

• Oversee Intune (Endpoint Manager) for device compliance and policy enforcement.

• Handle user account provisioning, licensing, MFA, and Conditional Access.

• Ensure operational continuity of the Global Cloud IT infrastructure.

• Collaborate with international offices and support cross-border IT operations.

• Contribute to system improvements and adoption of new technologies.

• Power Platform environment setup administration and everyday maintenance of solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Power Platform.

• Practical experience with Azure services

• Familiarity with Intune (MDM) and device lifecycle management

• Experience in data discovery, classification, and authoring DLP policies

• Preferred Certifications: MS-900, AZ-900, MS-102, AZ-104, MD-102

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Proactive, team-oriented, and capable of working independently
