We are looking for an experienced and dedicated IT Dialer Technician to manage and maintain our dialer infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity, maximum uptime, and top-tier performance for our international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain dialer systems such as Vicidial, GoAutoDial, Asterisk, or similar platforms.
• Manage and monitor VoIP servers, SIP trunks, and call routing systems for international calling operations.
• Provide day-to-day IT and dialer support to all users, resolving ongoing or recurring issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, CRM integration, and system performance issues related to dialers.
• Optimize dialer performance by managing leads, campaigns, and call flow configurations.
• Handle real-time monitoring, reporting, and analysis of dialer performance metrics.
• Ensure 24x7 availability for urgent support calls and technical escalations (on-call if required).
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting logs.
• Work closely with the operations and telematics teams to set up dialers for international ELD device connectivity.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in VoIP, dialer technology, and telecommunication security standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing IT dialer systems (Vicidial / GoAutoDial / Asterisk / 3CX / FreePBX).
• Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, PRI, IP telephony, and network protocols.
• Proven experience in dialer setup, maintenance, backup, and recovery.
• Experience with international calling processes and Telematics ELD Devices preferred.
• Proficiency in Linux server administration (CentOS / Ubuntu).
• Basic knowledge of MySQL database and network firewall configurations is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call technical support when required.

Rotational (24x7 support environment)
