Senior Java Developer

Role: Senior Java Developer (Aspose, ActiveMQ, JIntegra)

Location: Remote

Type: Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications integrating message queues (ActiveMQ).
• Implement document automation using Aspose.Words for Java (mail merge, templating, formatting).
• Integrate COM-based systems using JIntegra for cross-platform communication.
• Design and optimize XML-based data input pipelines for document generation.
• Troubleshoot formatting and layout issues in generated Word documents.
• Ensure document templates maintain consistency (fonts, indentation, spacing).
• Collaborate with QA and Business teams to validate output accuracy.
• Optimize message processing and document generation for scalability.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java 7+ and J2EE stack.
• Experience with ActiveMQ or other message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Hands-on with Aspose.Words for Java – mail merge, template handling, and Word/PDF export.
• Familiarity with XML/XPath/XSLT for data transformation.
• Experience with JIntegra for COM/Java interoperability (e.g., legacy MS Office automation).
• Good understanding of MS Word formatting standards (styles, paragraphs, spacing).
• Debugging and resolving layout inconsistencies in generated documents.
• Exposure to Spring Boot / Maven / REST APIs is a plus.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
