Senior Java Developer – Spring Boot, PostgreSQL & Core Banking Integrations

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with hands-on experience in Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and integrations with Core Banking Systems. The ideal candidate should also possess good exposure to banking domain processes, including but not limited to payments, accounts, loans, transactions, and regulatory compliance. You will be a key member of a backend engineering team driving digital transformation for financial and banking clients.

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.

· Integrate with Core Banking Systems (CBS) via APIs, files, messaging queues, or custom protocols.

· Work with PostgreSQL database for schema design, complex queries, and performance optimization.

· Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver banking features.

· Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and design principles.

· Ensure data security, compliance, and regulatory standards in banking workflows.

· Strong experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and REST APIs.

· Proficient in PostgreSQL: writing complex queries, functions, indexing, optimization.

· Hands-on experience with Core Banking System integrations (e.g., Flexcube, Finacle, TCS BaNCS, Temenos, etc.).

· Good understanding of banking products and services: Savings/Current Accounts, Loans, Payments, Cards, etc.

· Experience in working with Kafka/RabbitMQ, SOAP/XML services, or file-based integrations.

· Experience in microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Git).

· Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SAML) and banking standards (ISO 8583, ISO 20022, UPI, NEFT, RTGS).

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. (BE/ME/MCA)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹304,768.18 - ₹1,455,207.86 per year
