Senior Jewellery Designer

Job Summary:
The Senior Designer leads the creative vision, design strategy, and innovation for all jewelry categories across the organization. This role is responsible for building a high-performing design team, developing commercially successful collections, and aligning creative direction with brand and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Define the seasonal and annual design roadmap in alignment with sales, merchandising, and production.
• Provide creative leadership and mentorship to the design team.
• Set design standards and review all collections for quality, feasibility, and market fit.
• Track national and international jewelry trends, and translate insights into cutting-edge collections.
• Oversee the complete design lifecycle — from concept to CAD, prototyping, and final product.
• Collaborate with CAD, QC, Casting, Marketing, and Sales to ensure timely execution and brand consistency.
• Represent the design department in leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Build and nurture relationships with suppliers, trend forecasters, and educational institutes (e.g., NIFT).
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand aesthetics, production capabilities, and profitability targets.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in jewelry design with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or creative head role.

Education: Degree in B.Des/ M.Des from NIFT

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
