Senior Jewelry Sales Advisor – (preferably Bahraini women)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized sales experience on the showroom floor
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Advise customers on jewelry selections, including pearl products, with deep product knowledge
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Handle high-value transactions with accuracy and discretion
• Support visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards

Requirements

• Gender - Female
• Bahraini National
• 3+ years of experience in luxury or fine jewelry retail sales
• Excellent communication skills — Arabic and English fluency strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment
• Prior experience with pearl or gemstone products is a plus

Pay: BD700.000 - BD750.000 per month
