Senior Jury Consultant

We’re a people-first company that values expertise, initiative, and leadership—and we’re looking for a Senior Jury Consultant to help build, lead, and grow our jury consulting practice.

Quora Legal has secured several contracts with large pharmaceutical companies and is investing in the expansion of its jury consulting capabilities to support complex, high-stakes litigation. This role is ideal for an experienced consultant who wants to shape strategy, lead client engagements, and play a central role in developing a growing practice.

This is a remote position with frequent travel to trial locations, mock trial sites, and client meetings.

What You’ll Do

As a senior leader, you will both deliver high-level consulting work and build the jury consulting practice, including:

• Lead mock trials, focus groups, and complex jury research projects
• Design and oversee online jury research, surveys, and community attitude studies
• Lead jury selection, shadow juries, and in-court trial monitoring
• Direct witness preparation, voir dire strategy, and juror profiling
• Serve as a senior client-facing advisor, particularly on pharmaceutical and complex civil matters
• Produce and oversee clear, persuasive, client-ready reports and presentations
• Build and develop the jury consulting practice, including methodologies, offerings, and team growth
• Collaborate with Quora Legal leadership on business development and strategic growth
• Travel to trial locations and client sites as needed

How You’ll Succeed Here

You are a confident, experienced consultant who combines intellectual rigor with strong interpersonal skills. You’re comfortable leading teams, advising trial lawyers, and helping grow a business—while still being collaborative and approachable.

• 5+ years of experience in jury consulting or litigation consulting
• Demonstrated experience running your own practice or serving as head/lead of a jury consulting practice
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes cases and senior client relationships
• Strong background in persuasion, decision-making, and juror behavior
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
• Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience working on complex civil litigation, ideally including pharmaceutical or mass tort matters

Education & Tools

• Graduate degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in psychology or a related field, or a J.D., strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of the civil litigation process and trial strategy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, statistical software (e.g., SPSS), and presentation tools

Pay: $95,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
