Senior Lab Technician

• Perform advanced laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Review and analyze test results, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, and documentation of findings.
• Maintain lab inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of chemicals and specimens.
• Support quality control and quality assurance activities, including internal audits and external inspections.
• Mentor, train, and supervise junior laboratory staff.
• Collaborate with researchers, scientists, or clinical staff as needed.
• Identify and recommend improvements to lab processes, workflows, and technologies.
