Senior Land Surveyor

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have road construction experience

The Land Surveyor is responsible for conducting accurate land and site surveys to support road construction projects. This includes setting out alignments, verifying design coordinates, and ensuring that construction activities comply with project specifications and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform topographic, boundary, and construction surveys for road projects
  • Set out road alignments, levels, curves, and structures as per drawings
  • Operate survey equipment such as Total Station, GPS (GNSS), and levels
  • Verify and transfer control points and benchmarks to site
  • Prepare survey reports, drawings, and data for engineering teams
  • Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors to ensure accuracy of work
  • Conduct as-built surveys and maintain records of completed work
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations
  • Identify discrepancies in drawings and report to project engineers
  • Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 3–8 years of experience in road or infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in survey software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
  • Strong knowledge of road alignment, levels, and earthwork calculations
  • Experience with Total Station, GPS, and leveling instruments
  • Familiarity with local authority standards and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
