Senior Land Surveyor (UAE Infra Experience Only)

China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) – Dubai Branch is looking for an experienced Senior Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Dubai infrastructure projects, especially RTA roads, bridges, underpasses, utilities, and related civil construction works.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all land surveying activities at the project site.

Carry out setting out, leveling, alignment, and coordinate checking as per approved drawings.

Prepare and verify survey data, reports, and records.

Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and construction teams to ensure accurate execution of works.

Check and maintain survey instruments and ensure proper calibration.

Review drawings and identify any discrepancies related to levels, coordinates, and site conditions.

Ensure survey works are carried out safely and in compliance with project requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Surveying or related field.

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in land surveying.

Previous experience in Dubai RTA projects is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of roadworks, bridges, underpasses, utilities, and infrastructure construction.

Good experience using survey equipment such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and related surveying tools.

Ability to read and understand construction drawings, coordinates, levels, and shop drawings.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidates only available in the UAE with Infra exp will be preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
