The Opportunity:
We have an immediate opening for a regular full-time Senior Landscape Architect/Urban Designer to work a hybrid remote schedule based out of our downtown Tempe, AZ, or Fort Collins/Denver, CO offices. This role offers a unique opportunity for a candidate to provide design leadership in partnership with our senior landscape architects and planning teams, while also playing a strategic role in business development, marketing, and staff growth.
We are seeking a senior-level urban designer with strong design, leadership, and project management skills to deliver innovative solutions for vibrant, resilient, and sustainable communities. The ideal candidate will bring creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to direct teams, mentor staff, manage projects, cultivate clients, and expand our practice in both Arizona and Colorado. This role emphasizes leadership in integrating landscape architecture, urban design, transportation, master planning, development/redevelopment, public realm development, and parks and recreation systems planning.
