Senior Landscape Arhitect

Position: Senior Landscape Architect Location: UAE Experience Required: Minimum 10 years, with at least 7 years in the UAE and consultancy background Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Landscape Architect to lead the design and delivery of prestigious landscape projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all stages of landscape design, from concept to construction, ensuring innovative, sustainable, and high-quality solutions aligned with client expectations and local regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development of landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. 2. Manage project design stages including concept, schematic, detailed design, tender, and construction documentation. 3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, planners, and other consultants to ensure design integration and compliance. 4. Supervise site works, review material submissions, and ensure compliance with specifications during construction. 5. Provide creative input on sustainable and innovative landscape solutions suitable for the UAE climate. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients and stakeholders. 7. Mentor and guide junior landscape architects and CAD teams. 8. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements. Qualifications & Skills: 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture. 2. Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 7 years in the UAE with a consultancy firm. 3. Strong portfolio demonstrating large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use landscape projects. 4. In-depth knowledge of local authority regulations, planting design suitable for arid climates, and sustainable landscaping practices. 5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other design software. 6. Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills. 7. Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
