Milosi is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Landscape Construction Manager to lead the successful delivery of high quality residential and commercial landscape projects. In this role, you will lead your landscape construction teams in the planning, coordination, and execution of complex landscape installations while ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

This role is for a hands-on leader with strong landscape construction experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in building exceptional outdoor spaces. You will mentor and develop Project Managers we hire into future leaders, creating a pipeline of talent that could one day take on a director-level role, while building and scaling a division from the ground up.

Senior Landscape Construction Manager Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with overall company goals and growth objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across the construction division.
  • Ensure all job sites are safe, organized, and compliant with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
  • Oversee multiple project teams to ensure installations are completed in accordance with landscape design plans, specifications, and company quality standards.
  • Monitor and manage labor productivity, material costs, and equipment utilization to maintain and improve project profitability.
  • Conduct regular site walkthroughs, inspections, and final punch list reviews to ensure quality control and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for clients, while supporting Project Managers as the main day-to-day client contacts.
  • Troubleshoot construction challenges and implement effective, timely on-site solutions.
  • Maintain full P&L responsibility for the construction division, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Lead and facilitate daily operations huddles to align teams, communicate priorities, and address issues.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor team members to support both professional growth and organizational success. Conduct weekly and/or bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with direct reports, including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Plant Procurement Specialist, and Yard & Logistics Manager.
  • Establish clear expectations and performance metrics
  • Champion training and development strategies that grow team capabilities and career advancement
  • Conduct Off-line meetings
  • Ensure proactive awareness of fleet readiness across the construction division to support operational efficiency
  • Optimize and direct project schedules, materials, equipment, and deliveries.
  • Oversee installation of pools, hardscapes, structures, grading, drainage, irrigation, planting, and lighting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of landscape construction experience, with leadership experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of pool construction, outdoor living, general landscape, and irrigation scopes of work
  • Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans and construction drawings.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead teams to achieve overall company and division goals
  • Exceptional capability in managing operations and optimizing project profitability
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic project management tools.
  • Valid Drivers license and clean MVR
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus

Offered compensation: $110,000/yr - $120,000/yr
