Senior Landscaping Operations Manager

About the Role:
BG Perennials Landscaping and Trading W.L.L. is seeking an experienced and organized Senior Landscaping Operations Manager to oversee landscaping operations in Umm Salal Muhammad, Umm Salal. This role focuses on managing field operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality service delivery across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily landscaping operations and project activities
• Team Supervision: Manage and support field teams to ensure productivity and quality work
• Project Coordination: Ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations
• Resource Management: Monitor use of materials, equipment, and manpower
• Quality Control: Ensure landscaping standards and service quality are maintained
• Performance Tracking: Monitor operations and support improvements

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Relevant experience in landscaping, operations, or project management roles
• Skills: Strong leadership, organization, and problem solving skills
• Education: Degree or equivalent experience in related field
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of landscaping operations and project workflows
• Leadership: Ability to manage teams and oversee operations
