Job Description-

Fillip Technologies Private Limited is looking for a Senior Laravel Developer who has strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling teams, communicating with clients, and ensuring project security and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities -

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel.
• Handle complete project development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.
• Lead and guide junior developers and manage the development team.
• Ensure application security, data protection, and best coding practices.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Participate in meetings with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to clients and management.
• Optimize application performance and maintain clean, scalable code.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Laravel.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with API integration, database design, and optimization.
• Good understanding of security practices (data protection, authentication, authorization).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Experience in team handling and project management is a must.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)-

• Experience with Git/version control.
• Knowledge of server deployment and hosting.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
