Senior Laravel Developer (AI-Ready SaaS Platform)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking Laravel Developer to lead the development of a next-generation web application focused on document management, workflow automation, multi-company SaaS architecture, and future AI integration.

This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys building scalable systems, clean architecture, and modern cloud-ready applications.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Laravel-based SaaS architecture
• Build secure multi-tenant web applications
• Develop RESTful & API-first backend systems
• Implement document management, workflows, and automation logic
• Integrate file storage services (S3 / R2 / MinIO)
• Work with MongoDB for document data and PostgreSQL/MySQL for core system
• Ensure performance optimization, caching, and queue management
• Collaborate with UI/UX, DevOps, and AI integration teams
• Maintain clean, testable, and well-documented code
• Contribute to future AI-powered features and integrations

Required Technical SkillsBackend & Framework

• Strong expertise in PHP (Laravel Framework)
• Deep understanding of MVC architecture & service-based design
• Experience building large-scale SaaS or ERP-like systems

Database & Storage

• Solid experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Working knowledge of MongoDB for document-based data
• Experience integrating cloud/object storage for large files

API & System Design

• REST API design & authentication (JWT / OAuth / Sanctum)
• Queue systems (Redis, Horizon, Workers)
• Caching strategies & performance tuning

Security & Quality

• Secure coding practices
• Role-based access control (RBAC)
• Data protection & audit logging
• Testing (Unit / Feature)

Preferred / Plus Skills

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture
• Knowledge of microservices or modular monolith design
• Integration with AI APIs, OCR, or document intelligence
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment
• Basic understanding of React, Vue, or modern frontend stack
• Experience in document management or workflow systems
